Baked with Love
I've always been fascinated by the art of baking but until recently I was only been able to share my hobby with my family, preparing treats for them on Sundays. Since the opening of the Designum Café at the Golden Key Hotel, my life has changed. Every day I prepare cakes, tarts and other sweet treats for our guests, and baking is now my passion.
I'm always looking for new ways to improve my skills, to add a little twist to traditional recipes as well as coming up with my owns. The greatest reward for me is getting an honest compliment. On many occasions, our guests have asked me for my recipes and so it was a natural step to take the most popular ones and put them into this cookbook.
